Enum describing possible access reasons.

Enums
`AFFILIATED`	The resource is accessible to the user.
`LICENSED`	The resource is licensed to the user.
`OWNED`	The resource is owned by the user.
`SHARED`	The resource is shared to the user.
`SUBSCRIBED`	The user subscribed to the resource.
`UNKNOWN`	Used for return value only. Represents value unknown in this version.
`UNSPECIFIED`	Not specified.
