`update_mask`	`FieldMask` FieldMask that determines which resource fields are modified in an update.
Union field `operation` `operation`. The mutate operation. `operation` can be only one of the following:
`create`	`Goal` Create a new goal.
`update`	`Goal` Update an existing goal.
