Gli obiettivi di conversione ti aiutano a organizzare le azioni di conversione in modo da poter eseguire l'ottimizzazione più facilmente in base ai tuoi obiettivi pubblicitari.
Gli obiettivi di conversione sono organizzati in una gerarchia. Gli obiettivi del cliente definiscono gli
obiettivi predefiniti
per l'intero account, mentre gli obiettivi della campagna ignorano gli obiettivi del cliente per le
campagne con requisiti specifici di offerta e ottimizzazione.
Il flusso di lavoro di gestione degli obiettivi è il seguente:
Crea un ConversionAction.
Quando crei l'azione di conversione, Google Ads esegue automaticamente i
seguenti passaggi:
Crea un CustomerConversionGoal
per category e origin dell'azione di conversione se non ne esiste già uno.
Crea un CampaignConversionGoal
per ogni campagna e category e origin dell'azione di conversione se
non ne esiste già uno.
Configura l'attributo biddable degli oggetti CustomerConversionGoal e
CampaignConversionGoal in base a varie regole trattate più avanti
in questa serie di guide.
Aggiorna gli oggetti CustomerConversionGoal creati automaticamente da Google Ads
in modo che siano in linea con i tuoi obiettivi. Imposta biddable su true per fare offerte e ottimizzare
in funzione di ConversionActions con category e origin dell'obiettivo e
false altrimenti. Google Ads applica automaticamente questi aggiornamenti a ogni
campagna in cui non hai aggiornato esplicitamente gli obiettivi della campagna o applicato
obiettivi personalizzati.
Se hai una campagna con obiettivi unici diversi da quelli a livello di cliente, configura il CampaignConversionGoal utilizzando uno o entrambi i passaggi seguenti.
Utilizza le operazioni update per modificare l'attributo biddable di qualsiasi
oggetto CampaignConversionGoal in cui l'obiettivo deve differire dagli
obiettivi a livello di cliente.
Se la configurazione degli obiettivi della campagna in base a category e origin non è sufficiente, utilizza azioni di conversione specifiche per le offerte e l'ottimizzazione creando un CustomConversionGoal e aggiornando l'ConversionGoalCampaignConfig della campagna.
Se vuoi ripristinare l'utilizzo degli obiettivi a livello di cliente nella campagna,
imposta goal_config_level su
CUSTOMER.
Google Ads modifica il CampaignConversionGoal in modo che corrisponda a CustomerConversionGoal e, finché goal_config_level rimane impostato su CUSTOMER, applica le modifiche apportate a CustomerConversionGoal al CampaignConversionGoal della campagna. A sua volta, la campagna smette di utilizzare qualsiasi
CustomConversionGoals.
Requisiti di modifica
Quando modifichi un oggetto CustomerConversionGoal o CustomConversionGoal,
customer_id della richiesta deve corrispondere all'ID dell'account cliente conversioni Google Ads del tuo account.
Al contrario, quando modifichi un oggetto CampaignConversionGoal o
ConversionGoalCampaignConfig, il customer_id della richiesta deve

Impostazioni azioni di conversione
Anche se gli obiettivi sono organizzati per category e origin, puoi impostare l'attributo
primary_for_goal
di ogni ConversionAction per indicare il ruolo che deve svolgere nelle offerte e
come le conversioni dell'azione verranno visualizzate nei report.
Se primary_for_goal è true:
Google Ads include l'azione di conversione nelle offerte in base all'attributo biddable
degli obiettivi del cliente e della campagna per category e origin dell'azione di conversione.
Google Ads include le conversioni e i valori di conversione dell'azione di conversione in
Conversioni e Tutte le
conversioni.
Se primary_for_goal è false:
Google Ads non include l'azione di conversione nelle offerte o nelle conversioni
a meno che tu non la utilizzi in una CustomConversionGoal. Puoi
trovare ancora le conversioni e i valori di conversione dell'azione di conversione in
Tutte le conv. e nei relativi
campi dei report.
Le azioni di conversione con primary_for_goal impostato su true vengono visualizzate nell'interfaccia utente di Google Ads
