  • A new message VideoAdFormatControl is introduced for controlling video responsive ads in format-defined video campaigns, such as non-skippable ads.

  • The VideoAdFormatControl message includes a format_restriction field and a NonSkippableInStreamRestrictions message.

  • The NonSkippableInStreamRestrictions message defines minimum and maximum allowed durations for non-skippable ads using enum types.

  • The existing video_ad_inventory_control field is now part of a oneof fluidity_control, alongside the new video_ad_format_control.
