Le suivi avancé des conversions pour le Web vous permet d'améliorer la précision de vos mesures des conversions Web en important des ajustements des conversions contenant des ID de transaction et des identifiants utilisateur hachés.

Parcours d'utilisation

Voici le flux général d'importation du suivi avancé des conversions pour le Web dans l'API Google Ads.

  1. Assurez-vous d'avoir rempli les conditions préalables, y compris les suivantes:

    1. Activez le suivi des conversions.

    2. Acceptez les conditions d'utilisation des données client.

    3. Configurez l'ajout de tags sur votre site Web.

    Pour obtenir des instructions détaillées, consultez la section Implémenter les conditions préalables.

  2. Normalisez et hachez les données utilisateur, telles que l'adresse e-mail, le numéro de téléphone et l'adresse postale.

  3. Placez les données utilisateur normalisées et hachées dans des objets ConversionAdjustment. Pour chaque ConversionAdjustment, procédez comme suit:

    1. Définissez order_id sur l'ID de commande de la conversion à ajuster, qui doit correspondre à l'ID de commande envoyé par la balise.

    2. Renseignez user_identifiers avec les données utilisateur normalisées et hachées. Si vous disposez de plusieurs identifiants utilisateur, créez un UserIdentifier distinct pour chacun d'eux, jusqu'à cinq identifiants.

    3. Définissez adjustment_type sur ENHANCEMENT.

    4. Définissez conversion_action sur le nom de la ressource d'un ConversionAction avec un type de WEBPAGE. Il doit s'agir du nom de la ressource de l'ConversionAction que vous avez créée lorsque vous avez implémenté les prérequis.

    5. (Facultatif) Renseignez gclid_date_time_pair pour obtenir la mesure la plus précise. Définissez conversion_date_time sur la date et l'heure auxquelles la conversion avec le order_id spécifié s'est produite. Incluez le décalage de fuseau horaire et utilisez le format yyyy-mm-dd HH:mm:ss+|-HH:mm, par exemple: 2022-01-01 19:32:45-05:00 (ignore l'heure d'été).

    6. (Facultatif) Définissez user_agent sur l'user-agent de la requête ayant envoyé la conversion d'origine afin que la conversion et son amélioration soient toutes deux attribuées à un même appareil ou à plusieurs appareils.

  4. Importez les opérations de création de ConversionAdjustment dans ConversionAdjustmentUploadService, en définissant partial_failure sur true.

  5. Vérifiez vos importations.

Bonnes pratiques

Tenez compte des bonnes pratiques suivantes lorsque vous implémentez le suivi avancé des conversions pour le Web.

Rechercher l'identifiant client

Lorsque vous importez des conversions, l'ID client doit être défini sur le compte qui contient l'action de conversion et qui effectue le suivi des conversions. Pour vérifier ce paramètre, interrogez la ressource Customer Google Ads de diffusion pour ConversionTrackingSetting. Exécutez la requête suivante avec GoogleAdsService.SearchStream pour trouver la valeur de customer.conversion_tracking_setting.google_ads_conversion_customer.

Incluez plusieurs identifiants, le cas échéant

Si vous disposez du gclid d'une conversion, nous vous recommandons de l'envoyer en plus du user_identifiers pour améliorer les performances. De plus, si vous disposez de plusieurs UserIdentifier pour la conversion, en inclure plusieurs peut augmenter les chances d'obtenir une correspondance. Incluez tous les identifiants sur le même ConversionAdjustment.

Examiner les erreurs d'échec partiel lors de la configuration de votre intégration

Lorsque vous configurez pour la première fois l'intégration du suivi avancé des conversions pour le Web, examinez et corrigez les erreurs partielles dans le champ partial_failure_error de la réponse. Si votre configuration présente des problèmes, vous pouvez inspecter ce champ pour les examiner et les résoudre. Une fois que vous avez résolu les problèmes détectés par les erreurs de défaillance partielle et que votre intégration est terminée, utilisez les diagnostics des données hors connexion pour examiner régulièrement l'état de vos conversions.

Regrouper plusieurs ajustements en une seule requête

Si vous devez importer plusieurs ajustements, regroupez-les dans un seul UploadConversionAdjustmentsRequest, plutôt que d'envoyer une requête d'importation par ajustement.

Consultez le guide des quotas pour connaître les limites du nombre d'ajustements par requête. Si vous souhaitez que les diagnostics de données hors connexion regroupent un ensemble de requêtes dans la même tâche logique, définissez la valeur job_id de toutes les requêtes sur la même valeur.

Préparer les données à importer

Pour des raisons de confidentialité, les données suivantes doivent être hachées à l'aide de SHA-256 avant d'être importées:

  • Adresse e-mail
  • Numéro de téléphone
  • Prénom
  • Nom
  • Adresse postale

Ne hachez pas les données suivantes:

  • Pays
  • État
  • Ville
  • Code postal

Afin de standardiser les résultats du hachage, procédez comme suit avant de hacher l'une de ces valeurs:

  • Supprimez les espaces blancs de début et de fin.
  • Convertissez le texte en minuscules.

Examiner vos importations

Utilisez le rapport sur les diagnostics de l'API pour le suivi avancé des conversions afin de vérifier que le suivi avancé des conversions pour le Web fonctionne correctement et de diagnostiquer les problèmes de configuration.

Utilisez les diagnostics des données hors ligne pour examiner l'état général de vos importations récentes. Notez que la réussite de l'importation ne signifie pas nécessairement que des correspondances ont été trouvées.

Lorsque vous créez des rapports sur les métriques de conversion de vos campagnes, consultez Mapper les métriques de l'interface utilisateur pour mettre en corrélation les métriques de l'UI Google Ads avec les champs de rapport de l'API Google Ads.
