Importer des ajustements de conversion

Une fois qu'une conversion a été enregistrée dans Google Ads, vous pouvez l'ajuster ultérieurement dans l'API Google Ads.

Pour ajuster une conversion, vous devez d'abord configurer une action de conversion, et vous devez également avoir enregistré les conversions que vous êtes sur le point d'ajuster.

L'API Google Ads permet d'utiliser order_id, également appelé ID de transaction, pour identifier la conversion à ajuster avec ConversionAdjustmentUploadService.

Pour obtenir l'conversion_action_id nécessaire pour effectuer un ajustement de conversion, vous pouvez effectuer l'une des opérations suivantes:

  • Obtenez la valeur à partir du paramètre ctId disponible dans l'URL lorsque vous cliquez sur les détails de la conversion dans l'interface utilisateur de Google Ads.

Conditions requises

Voici quelques exigences et restrictions à prendre en compte lorsque vous ajustez les conversions dans l'API:

  • Seul le compte qui gère les actions de conversion peut importer des ajustements. Utilisez les instructions de configuration du suivi des conversions pour déterminer quel compte gère les conversions de votre compte Google Ads.

    Toute tentative d'importation d'un ajustement à l'aide d'un autre compte entraîne une erreur NO_CONVERSION_ACTION_FOUND. Cette erreur se produit également si l'action de conversion de l'ajustement n'est pas activée.

  • Google Ads n'accepte que l'ajustement des conversions pour les types d'actions de conversion SALESFORCE, UPLOAD_CLICKS ou WEBPAGE. Si vous tentez d'importer un ajustement pour une conversion dont l'action de conversion ne correspond pas à l'un de ces types, une erreur INVALID_CONVERSION_ACTION_TYPE s'affiche.

  • Les champs spécifiant la date et l'heure nécessitent un fuseau horaire, qui ne doit pas nécessairement être celui du compte. Le format de ces champs est yyyy-mm-dd HH:mm:ss+|-HH:mm, par exemple: 2022-01-01 19:32:45-05:00 (heure normale ignorée).

  • Attendez quatre à six heures après avoir créé l'action de conversion avant d'ajuster ses conversions pour éviter une erreur TOO_RECENT_CONVERSION_ACTION.

  • L'ajustement échoue avec une erreur CONVERSION_NOT_FOUND si la conversion n'a jamais été importée ou si elle a été importée, mais ignorée parce qu'elle a été jugée non valide ou indésirable.

  • Vous devez spécifier order_id dans ConversionAdjustment dans l'une des conditions suivantes:

    • Le type de l'action de conversion est égal à WEBPAGE.

    • Un order_id a été attribué à la conversion d'origine que vous ajustez.

    Si vous spécifiez gclid_date_time_pair à la place, l'opération échouera et générera une erreur ConversionAdjustmentUploadError.MISSING_ORDER_ID_FOR_WEBPAGE ou ConversionAdjustmentUploadError.CONVERSION_NOT_FOUND, respectivement.

  • Lors de la création d'un ConversionAdjustment, l'attribut partial_failure de UploadConversionAdjustmentsRequest doit toujours être défini sur true. Suivez les consignes concernant les échecs partiels lorsque vous gérez simultanément des opérations valides et des échecs.

  • Vous ne pouvez pas modifier le ConversionAction avec un ajustement. À la place, utilisez un RETRACTION pour supprimer la conversion précédente et importer une nouvelle conversion avec le ConversionAction mis à jour. Le code temporel n'a pas besoin d'être modifié.
