Depois que uma conversão já tiver sido informada ao Google Ads, você poderá ajustar a conversão posteriormente na API Google Ads.

Para ajustar uma conversão, você precisa ter uma ação de conversão configurada e ter registrado as conversões que você vai ajustar.

A API Google Ads oferece suporte ao uso de order_id, também conhecido como ID da transação, para identificar a conversão a ser ajustada com o ConversionAdjustmentUploadService.

Para receber o conversion_action_id necessário para fazer um ajuste de conversão, siga um destes procedimentos:

Requisitos

Confira alguns requisitos e restrições a serem considerados ao ajustar as conversões na API:

  • Somente a conta que gerencia as ações de conversão pode fazer o upload dos ajustes. Use as instruções de configuração do acompanhamento de conversões para determinar qual conta está gerenciando as conversões da sua conta do Google Ads.

    Tentar fazer upload de um ajuste usando uma conta diferente resulta em um erro NO_CONVERSION_ACTION_FOUND. Esse erro também ocorre se a ação de conversão do ajuste não estiver ativada.

  • O Google Ads só é compatível com o ajuste de conversões para os tipos de ação de conversão SALESFORCE, UPLOAD_CLICKS ou WEBPAGE. Tentar fazer o upload de um ajuste para uma conversão em que a ação de conversão não é um desses tipos resulta em um erro INVALID_CONVERSION_ACTION_TYPE.

  • Os campos que especificam data e hora exigem um fuso horário que não precisa ser o da conta. O formato desses campos é yyyy-mm-dd HH:mm:ss+|-HH:mm, por exemplo: 2022-01-01 19:32:45-05:00 (ignorando o horário de verão) .

  • Aguarde de quatro a seis horas após criar a ação de conversão antes de ajustar as conversões para evitar um erro TOO_RECENT_CONVERSION_ACTION.

  • O ajuste vai falhar com um erro CONVERSION_NOT_FOUND se a conversão não tiver sido enviada ou tiver sido enviada, mas descartada por ser considerada inválida ou spam.

  • É necessário especificar o order_id no ConversionAdjustment em qualquer uma destas condições:

    • O type da ação de conversão é igual a WEBPAGE.

    • A conversão original que você está ajustando recebeu um order_id.

    Se você especificar gclid_date_time_pair, a operação vai falhar com um erro ConversionAdjustmentUploadError.MISSING_ORDER_ID_FOR_WEBPAGE ou ConversionAdjustmentUploadError.CONVERSION_NOT_FOUND, respectivamente.

  • Ao criar um ConversionAdjustment, o atributo partial_failure do UploadConversionAdjustmentsRequest precisa sempre ser definido como true. Siga as diretrizes de falhas parciais ao processar operações válidas e com falha simultaneamente.

  • Não é possível alterar ConversionAction com um ajuste. Em vez disso, use um RETRACTION para remover a conversão anterior e fazer upload de uma nova com o ConversionAction atualizado. O carimbo de data/hora não precisa ser modificado. Consulte Sobre os ajustes de conversão.
