由於 COVID-19 疫情肆虐,眾多衛生機構都為了提供防疫資訊而陷入前所未有的忙碌之中。為了有效協助衛生機構進行宣傳,讓使用者更容易在 Google 搜尋中取得 COVID-19 相關資訊,Google 特別撰寫了一篇介紹最佳做法的文章,並建立了新的技術支援群組來幫助符合相關資格的衛生機構。
提升搜尋曝光度的最佳做法
Google 預設會根據搜尋內容盡可能顯示最相關而具有公信力的資訊。因此,如果內容擁有者能妥善協助 Google 理解自身內容,這個過程就會變得更有效。

衛生機構專屬的全新支援群組
除了參考我們的最佳做法說明頁面,衛生機構也可以加入我們新成立的技術支援群組。這個群組的主要作用是協助發布 COVID-19 資訊的衛生機構解答與 Google 搜尋相關的問題。
我們會依個別情況核准機構的加入申請,一開始只會接受隸屬於國家衛生部和美國州級機構的網域,如果將來開放更多網域加入,會在這篇網誌文章和 Twitter 帳戶中公布相關資訊。註冊時,您必須使用隸屬於這類網域的電子郵件地址 (例如 <使用者名稱>@health.gov),或是可以存取相關網站的 Search Console 帳戶。
如要申請加入專為 COVID-19 設立的 Google 搜尋群組,請填寫這份表單。
