Search Central Live is coming back to the Asia Pacific region, bringing you insights from Google Search, fun networking opportunity, and more! This year we're aiming to visit Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Thailand, but keep reading for the full details.
Search Central Live Jakarta 2024
The first event in the APAC series will happen on July 25 in Jakarta. The number of seats is limited, so please register by July 7 for a chance to secure a spot at the event.

We're preparing talks about the following topics:
- How Search Works
- AI related topics
- Shopping
- Myth Busting
The talks are going to be in Bahasa Indonesia, thus speaking (and writing!) Bahasa Indonesia fluently is required; there will be no translation to English.
For the first time in Indonesia, we're also going to trial community lightning talks, which have been very popular at our events in Japan. These are short, up to 7 minutes talks by YOU and your peers on topics that YOU select, meant to spark collaborations in the community. If you have an interesting SEO technique, a wild marketing dream, or you're just happy to share your internet technology knowledge with your peers, propose your talk during the registration process by June 20. If you're selected, you get to shine on our stage and get featured on our blog.

Search Central Live APAC 2024 series
As we mentioned in the introduction, we're also coming to other regions in APAC. We can't give you exact dates just yet, but we do know the general timeframe; watch our blog, check our event calendar or Search Central X account for an announcement about an event in the following regions:
- 3rd quarter: Indonesia and Thailand
- 4th quarter: Malaysia and Taiwan
If you don't see your country in the list, don't be sad. We're rotating the countries to cover as many regions as possible.
