[null, null,["Last updated 2023-10-06 UTC."],[],["This documentation describes a filtering function, `ee.Filter.neq`, used to exclude metadata that matches a specified value. It takes two arguments: `name`, the property to filter, and `value`, the comparison value. The function constructs and returns a `Filter` object. The `name` argument is a string, and the `value` argument can be any object. The core action is comparing a property against a value to create a filter.\n"]]
