Number.eq(right) is the usage for this function.
The function takes two Number type arguments: the left-hand value (this: left) and the right-hand value (right).
Examples demonstrate its use in JavaScript and Python, returning 1 for equal numbers and 0 for unequal numbers.
Returns 1 if and only if the first value is equal to the second.
